Standard Delivery: We aim to deliver within 5 working days.
Next Working Day Delivery: Orders received by 12pm are eligible for Next Working Day Delivery. There is an additional cost for this. Please call us for more information.
(For both Standard and Next Day Delivery, if no one is in to receive your delivery, the driver will leave a card notifying you what to do to rearrange delivery).
Europe: Delivery charges to Europe are based on the total quantity of items in your order. Each additional item has a shipping charge of £18. We will endevour to deliver your order within 7 days.
Rest of World: Delivery charges to the rest of the World are based on the total quantity of items in your order. Each additional item has a shipping charge of £24. We endevour to deliver your order within 10 days.
(It is important to note that all products are sold in Pounds Sterling on DDU (delivery duty unpaid) terms. Customers may be required to pay import duties and should check their local legislation as additional taxes, fees or levies may be applicable.
Returns & Exchange
We will refund all unused or defective items returned within 28 days from the date of delivery. All items for return must be in their original packaging and in the condition you received them with all hang tags attached.
Any additional shipping costs that relate to a return or exchange are your sole responsibility. We are not responsible for returns that do not reach us. If however an item is being returned faulty, we will cover all costs of postage and either refund or exchange the items.
You should check if your delivery is correct upon arrival. If there are discrepancies or problems with your order, please note the nature of the problem on the delivery note and sign it. Following this, please provide written notification of the problem within 24 hours of the delivery date by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We endeavour to process returns as quickly as possible. This can however take up to 7 days from the date of receipt. If you have any queries about an item you have returned please contact us on 077147 60019.
Can I browse the products before I buy them?Yes. Pop over for a cup of tea and look through the products.

Where is the product made?All my products are finished and hand applied in the UK.
What kind of China is it?All china items are fine bone china.
Are the ceramics dishwasher sage?Any items with gold should not be put in the dishwasher.
Will it break when it is shipped?No. It is packed really well.
