‘Ali Miller’ maintains full ownership of the products until full payment has been obtained.
It is possible to cancel your order if it hasn’t been sent. Contact us and we will help you. If your order has been sent, you will have to return the products in order to receive a refund. The freight will not be refunded. It is not possible to change your order once it has been submitted. This also includes changing the size or colour of a product, removing an item, changing the delivery address or payment method. All packages are sent from our warehouse in London. Your order will be sent within 3 working days after it has been placed.*
The normal delivery time from the package has left our warehouse is:
- 2-3 working days to the United Kingdom
- 7 to 10 working days outside EU
The freight charge depends on your delivery address and the item (and amount of items) you have purchased.
*If we are experiencing a high demand on orders, your order may take longer to be sent out than the times stated above.
How much is the freight charge?
We ship all over the world, and the freight charge depends on your delivery address and the item you have purchased. The freight charges are on a ‘per item’ basis.

We understand that sometimes you may want to return items that you have bought from us. If this is the case, please contact Customer Service to let us know, and then return the unused product(s) to us within 28 days with your order number and contact details enclosed. We will be able to refund the value of the purchased product, but not the original shipping costs. Please note a refund is only possible if the item is returned to us in perfect condition (just as you received it!). We cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged in transit. So please ensure that you pack the items carefully when you return them.
You must pay for the freight to return the goods and this must also be arranged by yourself. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes.
Problems with your order
If there is problem with your order (for example, you have not received the right product) or something is wrong with the product you have received, please contact our Customer Service. We will endeavor to get your correct order to you as quickly as possible. In the case of items that have been damaged, please give us your order number and a detailed description of the problem, along with photographs. We can then offer a return or a refund.
All of Ali Miller’s products have a 3 month guarantee. If any problems occur during this time that are beyond reasonable every day wear and tear, contact Customer Service and we can refund or replace your product if necessary. Please note that we will use our own discretion when issuing refunds or replacements in the case of goods damaged within the first 3 months of your purchase, and Ali Miller London reserves the right to not offer refunds or replacements if we are not satisfied of the legitimacy of damage sustained.
All of Ali Miller’s products are carefully crafted and unique, and hand-decorated by our lovely ladies in Stoke-on-Trent. Sometimes this may result in variations in the ware or in the decoration; there may be slight colour changes in different runs, or the gold detailing on some products may vary.
